The Process
Step 1: Initiate Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Source-of-Funds (SOF) screening.
Step 2: Conclude the necessary contract finalization.
Step 3: Embark on the process of establishing the company as a Private Limited Company (LTD or OÜ in Estonian), achievable within 48 hours.
Step 4: Facilitate the share transfer of the company through a notarized Power of Attorney (POA). Given the COVID-19 circumstances, remote transfers are made possible, obviating the need for physical attendance.
Step 5: Post-transfer, begin the procedure of setting up a bank or PSP account in an EEA country that caters to Estonia, or with a service provider maintaining a branch in Estonia.
