One of the world’s biggest streaming audio providers, Spotify, is trying to find applicants with crypto knowledge to fill a new part of the business relationship in Facebook's lately rebranded crypto scheme, Diem. The person will also concentrate on broader digital assets and the crypto business, including central bank digital currencies, or CBDCs, the statement notes:
“You will drive further consideration of new opportunities and innovation in the emerging ecosystem of distributed ledger technology, blockchains, cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, CBDCs and other digital assets.”
The new position will be based in Spotify’s London or Stockholm buildings, expecting regular travel between the two offices and other business locations according to the post.
