Binance Is Finally Sending Out Its Debit Cards

Binance has begun sending its debit cards to clients after months of waiting.

On 25th of July Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao, also recognized as CZ, said in a tweet, replying to a community member interested in the product:

“This started shipping in limited quantities as of yesterday, I heard.”

Earlier reporting reveals an August launch for the card in European regions, so, it can be inferred, CZ means shipping to European clients at this time.

Binance revealed the card in 2020

Binance Card

Binance revealed plans for a crypto-fueled debit card in April 2020. The card is called Binance Card. Binance is one of the most important names in the crypto business.

CZ experimented out the payment option in July, reported in a July 10 Twitter post, as part of the product’s initial experimentation.

Binance announced its plans by July 14 for an August card launch in some European areas, touting agreement with four digital assets, including Bitcoin and Binance’s BNB asset.

CZ’s fresh tweet shows additional development for Binance’s card, which has seen various headlines in July. Binance itself has also posted a plethora of headlines in 2020 amid a wild year.
